Lawyers specializing in real estate law

RENEWAL WITHIN CONTINUITY
Attorneys Jean-Marc Siegrist, Lucien Lazzarotto and Nadia Clérigo Correia (formerly at the head of the law firm Siegrist & Lazzarotto) and Boris Lachat and Aurèle Muller (formerly partners at the law firm Lachat Marconi Muller) have joined forces to practice real estate law, lease law and the traditional activities of the legal profession, effective January 1, 2026. This new firm is located on the 10th floor of the Ellipse tower, at 2 Esplanade de Surville, in Petit-Lancy, under the name:
SIEGRIST LAZZAROTTO LACHAT CLERIGO MULLER, Lawyers or SL2CM - Lawyers
Both firms practiced the same specialties – for over 30 years for the most senior partners, and 15 and 10 years for the most junior – and shared a common vision of their missions. Their merger was therefore a natural progression.
The blending of generations and the increased staff resulting from this partnership allow this new entity to continue providing its clients—real estate professionals and public authorities—with high-quality, personalized, and responsive services. The firm's core principles remain: mastery of the legal issues addressed, pragmatic solutions, a spirit of compromise, and a commitment to the ongoing professional development of industry professionals.
As in the past, the preferred areas of practice for the lawyers at SL2CM Avocats are contract law (construction, architecture, brokerage, leases, etc.), administrative law (land use planning, environmental law, construction law, public procurement law, heritage protection law, expropriation law), and real estate law. The firm assists its clients in all legal and judicial processes related to these specialties, particularly those concerning the construction, ownership, financing, or management of real estate, regardless of the project's scope.
